Imagine your name being announced and a crown being placed on your head as the new Miss Colorado!! You will embark on a journey that will include the thrill and excitement of competing for the prestigious title of Miss America!!
The Miss Colorado Scholarship Organization has a strong focus and commitment to the young women in Colorado. Each contestant's experience will include the opportunity to be awarded scholarship money to further their educational goals, foster leadership skills, build character and a passion to touch lives.
The Miss America Organization is the world’s largest provider of scholarship assistance for young women; over $45 million in cash and tuition scholarship assistance was made available this past year to its participants across America. Today’s Miss America Organization is a not for profit organization dedicated to empowering young women to achieve their personal, professional and educational goals.
I have had the fabulous and rewarding experience of working with young women, just like yourself, for many years. Dear Future Miss Colorado's Outstanding Teen and Miss Colorado Teen Contestants,
If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you could experience all of the excitement of competing for one of the prestigious Teen Titles that will be awarded on stage at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House during the 2010 Miss Colorado Pageant! Miss Colorado’s Outstanding Teen contestants will compete in interview, evening gown, fitness wear, on-stage question and talent phases of competition. Miss Colorado Teen contestants will compete in interview, evening gown, fitness wear & on-stage question phases of competition. They do not compete in the talent competition. Imagine your name announced and that crown being placed on your head!!
The winner of Miss Colorado’s Outstanding Teen will go on to the National Miss America’s Outstanding Teen Pageant this summer. Miss Colorado Teen does not go on to a National Pageant but will be representing Colorado at local events and appearances along with Miss Colorado & Miss Colorado’s Outstanding Teen.
By hosting these two teen pageants for young ladies in Colorado, we hope to foster an interest and hope that they will aspire to be Miss Colorado or Miss America in the future.
